ApexNetwork Physical Therapy® has been providing exceptional therapy services for more than two decades. What began in 1997 with just a few small-town clinics has grown into a nationwide network of over 90 locations. We specialize in orthopedic rehabilitation, sports medicine, workers’ compensation, and industrial rehabilitation, helping thousands of patients return to the activities they love.

Two small-town visionaries set out with a simple goal: bring high-quality, upscale physical therapy to rural communities. From those early days, ApexNetwork has evolved into a trusted provider with locations across Arizona, Arkansas, Florida, Illinois, Kentucky, Maine, Missouri, New Mexico, Texas, and Virginia.
